  QuickVoice Recorder is a free app from the iTunes Store that’s a good choice for the iPad, which doesn’t come with a recording app.
  
  Practice Recorder app is available for iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Apple Watch.

  Some Android phones come with a voice recorder app. If yours doesn’t, try Hi Q MP3 Voice Recorder or RecForge in the Play Store.

  If you use Evernote on your mobile device, you can use its built-in voice recording note feature to make and organize recordings.
